Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about joining and participating in TIC.

Applications open at the start of each academic semester. Visit our application page and fill out the form. We review all applications and conduct brief interviews to get to know you better. No prior investment experience is required!
Some of our larger events, workshops, and guest lectures are open to all Tilburg University students. However, our weekly team meetings and department-specific activities are exclusive to members.
Members are assigned to one primary department (Quantitative or Fundamental) and one team within that department. However, we encourage cross-department collaboration and you can attend open sessions from other teams.
Not at all! We welcome students at every skill level. Our onboarding process includes training sessions, mentorship pairings, and educational resources to help you get up to speed quickly.
