We review every application personally. Here's what to expect once you submit.

Application review A board member reads your application within 7 days. No CV or motivation letter is required — write what feels right.

Informal conversation We invite promising applicants to a short chat — coffee, on campus or over video. It's a conversation, not an interview.

Onboarding & first meeting If there's mutual interest, we get you set up on our portal, sign the participation contract, and welcome you to your department.
